James uses his background in sociology and passion for data analysis to blend personal insight with business strategy, guiding KAAUM’s growth and upholding its commitment to high-quality, person-centered support.

Rebecca is the Chief Operating Officer and co-owner of KAAUM. As the mother of a child in services, she aims to treat each person as she would her own family. Her education in Biomedical Sciences fuels her understanding of the medical complexities of I/DD. Rebecca takes pride in creating individualized solutions that prioritize each person's needs over standardized service models.

Jamal is KAAUM’s Executive Director, bringing over 15 years of experience in our field with him. His experience in QA and marketing informs his strategic approach to services. He believes in "servant-leadership", modeling ethical decision-making and promoting creative problem-solving. His focus on strong community partnerships helps drive innovative solutions for those we support.

Lori is KAAUM's Director of Residential Services. She began her career in 2013 as a receptionist, advancing through roles like Program Coordinator and Quality Assurance. With a degree in Forensic Science, continued education in developmental disabilities, and certification in Person-Centered Thinking, Lori focuses on high-quality service delivery while emphasizing regulatory compliance.

Brandy is KAAUM’s Manager of Community-Based Services. Her experience began in 2012 as a CNA for children, shifting to work in respite care and day programs soon after. Since joining KAAUM, she's advanced from DSP into this leadership role. Her extensive field experience provides a deep understanding of service delivery, enabling her to make informed decisions that enhance to program.

Andrea is a Program Manager with nearly a decade of field experience. She began as a DSP with KAAUM, later holding multiple roles and gaining insight at each level. Andrea is also our certified Safety Care Instructor and brings a solution-focused approach to KAAUM, driven by her motto, "See a need, fill a need." Her passion is rooted in personal experience, supporting her own child with I/DD.

Lori is one of our Residential Program Managers, bringing with her 15+ years of experience. Her career began in Case Management, and she now plays a key role in guiding and training KAAUM’s Program Coordinators. With degrees in Sociology and Public Health, Lori is regarded for her dependability, attention to detail, and commitment to understanding the needs of our staff as well as those we serve.

Jawanza began his career as a day program DSP with other local agencies, gaining hands-on experience in community engagement. Now a Residential PC at KAAUM, he applies his experience to meet each person's specific needs. He takes a straightforward, honest approach, shaped by his sociology studies and his background in the foster care system, which also gives him a unique perspective on the field.

She began her career in HR for another PASA but shifted to direct care after forming strong connections with the individuals she supported. With a foundation in business and passion for fairness, Natasha works to ensure each person is heard, respected, and treated with dignity in all aspects of care.

Nikki is a Residential Program Coordinator with experience in the field since 2020. She began as a CNA and respite provider and is passionate about helping others. Nikki takes pride in advocating for her clients and building strong, supportive relationships. She leverages her direct, 'confront the issue' approach to ensure each individual's well-being and success.

Eva’s early experience as a teacher's aide in her high school’s Special Education department sparked her interest in I/DD services. She began as a DSP with a local agency and, 6 years later, is now a Residential PC here at KAAUM. Eva's focus on logic and empathy helps her tailor each support plan, ensuring every person she serves receives comprehensive, compassionate care.

Nathan is KAAUM's Community-Based Services Program Coordinator and assists in overseeing our SCC services. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and has four years of direct experience working with the I/DD population as a Direct Support Provider. Nathan frequently applies his hands-on experience to support both staff and our people in services out in the community.

Certified in Adobe and Microsoft platforms, Kevin is dedicated to helping others work efficiently and with lasting impact.

Byron started at KAAUM as a Day Program DSP in 2017, progressing to his current role in billing and data management. Growing up with a sibling in services offered him a personal connection to the field. Currently studying Human Resources and Project Management, he values research and precision and ensures efficient billing and data-handling processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
